    AI-based products can ingest rich data, learning about user preferences in on-going manner, delivering personalized content that users want and need. The learning component, in which computers can discern patterns within a data set in order to predict what consumers will want next, is what will take product automation to the next level.

Through GenderCapital.com, she organises meetings with companies and institutions to promote gender diversity. Through MujeresyCía.com, which turns 10 years old in 2018, she offers visibility and a voice to women to promote a diverse and plural society that leaves stereotypes aside. Her latest initiative is engageMEN, a challenge that involves male leaders, to change the structure of their organizations, understanding that diversity is not only fair, but it also results in economic benefits. She is the author of the book 'Six Women, Six Voices, Another Look at Power and Women'.
